Hi-Force Hydrotest Pumps

The Hi-Force range of hydrotest pumps is specifically designed for applications requiring pressure testing using water as a fluid medium. Extensively used for pressure testing valves, pipelines and pressure vessels in various industries including oil & gas, petrochemical and food processing. The range offers a choice of two speed manually operated versions with maximum output pressures up to 1,000 bar, through to the extensive range of air driven options up to 2,760 bar. All air driven versions also offer a factory fitted, integral chart recorder if required. All models can be factory fitted with special seals, manufactured from viton and ethylene propylene for use with special fluids or chemicals on request.

Air Driven Hydrotest Pumps

Standard Flow

Up to 2,931 bar

The Hi-Force MHX series of manually operated two speed hydraulic pumps are suitable for use in several applications including hydro-testing of pipes, pressure vessels, valves, and also back-up systems and other pressure retaining equipment, prior to commissioning. The pump's two stage piston design gives a high flow, low pressure stage of 50 cm3 up to 50 bar pressure and incorporates a reliable smooth manual changeover from low to high pressure output.

The MHX range is available in 5 different pressure capacities ranging from 100 to 1,000 bar working pressure and all models are fitted with a relief valve for added safety. Each pump is supplied with a multi positional 610 mm operating lever for increased operator comfort during use.

The Hi-Force MHX-PU series offer the same features as the MHX range however these are supplied as a pump unit and operating lever only without a fluid reservoir. The pump unit is supplied complete with a four bolt fixing kit with gasket for easy mounting on a fluid reservoir.

The Hi-Force AHP series of air driven hydrostatic pressure testing pumps offer a choice of eight models with output pressure capacities ranging from 6 bar (87 psi) to 2,931 bar (42,500 psi). All models are suitable for use with various fluids, including water and are supplied with a 150 mm diameter glycerine filled hydraulic pressure gauge (calibrated on request), inlet airline filter, lubricator and pressure regulator unit, lightweight fluid reservoir, pump start/stop valve and a robust stainless steel skid mounted framework. Optional extras include stainless steel reservoir, stroke counter system and pressure isolation valve.

The Hi-Force AHP-CR series of air driven hydrostatic pressure testing pumps offer a choice of 8 models with output pressure capacities ranging from 6 bar (87 psi) to 2,931 bar (42,500 psi) all fitted with on board, 4 hour, single pen chart recorder as standard. All models are suitable for use with various fluids including water and are supplied with a 150 mm diameter glycerine filled hydraulic pressure gauge (calibrated on request), inlet airline filter, lubricator and pressure regulator unit, lightweight fluid reservoir, pump start/stop valve and a robust stainless steel skid mounted framework. Recorder isolation valve and pressure release valve are fitted as standard. Optional extras include stainless steel reservoir, pressure isolation valve, stroke counter system, gauge calibration certificate and varying recorder clock speeds.

The Hi-Force AHP2 series of air driven hydrostatic pressure testing pumps offer a choice of 5 models with output pressure capacities ranging from 17 bar (246 psi) to 1,634 bar (23,700 psi). All models are compact design and suitable for use with various fluids including water and are supplied with a 150 mm diameter glycerine filled hydraulic pressure gauge (calibrated on request), inlet airline filter, lubricator and pressure regulator unit, lightweight fluid reservoir, pump start/stop valve and a robust stainless steel skid mounted framework. Optional extras include stainless steel reservoir, stroke counter system and pressure isolation valve.

Air Driven Twin Double Acting

Hydrotest Pumps

Up to 1,489 bar

The Hi-Force ATDP series of twin double acting air driven hydrostatic pressure testing pumps offer a choice of 3 models with output pressure capacities ranging from 87 bar (1,260 psi) to 1,489 bar (21,600 psi). The twin double acting design offers a much higher displacement volume per stroke than the smaller AHP & AHP2 series, making it ideal for prefill as well as pressure testing. All models are supplied with a 150 mm diameter glycerine filled

vibra-gauge (calibrated on request), inlet airline filter, lubricator and regulator unit, pump start/stop valve and fluid strainer.
